This blank is made by the very well know Jonathon Brooks, or his daughter Kristen. Jonathon is a master of many different techniques in pen making, including materials. His materials have been used by many smaller and larger pen makers and are honestly quite difficult to get your hands on!
The pen will be made out of the exact blank seen in the pictures. However, the inside will be very very different than the outside. Like opening a treasure chest! These blanks are fairly large, so they allow for the full range of sizes we have.
